Reviews and Ratings
Upon arrival, my room connected by an internal door to a group of party-goers was pretty ice cold, but overall fresh, spotless, very nice, and clean. The hotel offers great value for money with excellent cleanliness. However, the location, although perfect for our needs, falls short without parking available.
The hotel is very new and still working out some minor issues, but it's spotlessly clean with nice decor. The rooms are a nice size and nicely decorated, though a bit tight when sofa beds are unfolded. The location is ideal for the room's purpose, in the bustling town center of Bedford with easy access to restaurants and shops. The dining experience is pleasant with good quality food and drink at competitive prices. Overall, a comfortable stay with friendly service.
My stay at the hotel was great. The room, though the mattress wasn't to my liking, was ample in size with a lovely ensuite and impeccably stocked with tea and coffee. The location was convenient for exploring the town center. The service, particularly housekeeping, was good. However, noise from the city center affected the overall experience. Dining was delivered to the table and enjoyable. Overall, it was a decent value for money.
